What this site is, and is not

This site presents TÙS and its two firms. Its content is informational and general in nature.

Nothing on it constitutes financial, tax, accounting, legal or investment advice tailored to your situation. No text published here replaces an analysis of your file, and reading it creates no professional relationship between you and TÙS or either of its firms. Such a relationship arises only from a written engagement.

Any past returns, examples or scenarios shown are illustrative. They guarantee no outcome.

Professional oversight

Financial planning, insurance and mutual fund activities are carried out by individuals registered with the Autorité des marchés financiers, and accounting activities by members of the Ordre des comptables professionnels agréés du Québec.

Forms and booking

Filling in a form commits neither you nor us. A call request is a request for contact, not the opening of a file nor the acceptance of a mandate. We reserve the right not to follow up.

You undertake to provide accurate information and not to submit a third party's information without their agreement. Do not send sensitive information through a form (social insurance number, account number, password). We will never ask for those this way.

Intellectual property

The texts, visual identity, the TÙS name, its logos and the team photographs belong to TÙS or its rights holders. You may read and share the pages; you may not reproduce, adapt or commercially exploit them without written permission.

Some illustrative images come from stock libraries licensed for free commercial use and remain the property of their authors.

Links and third-party services

The site links to services we do not operate: the MICA and TaxDome client portals, the Voomly video player, the GoHighLevel calendar, and our social media accounts. Their own terms and privacy policies apply as soon as you use them. We answer for neither their content nor their availability.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as is. We aim for accuracy and continuity without guaranteeing them: a page may contain an error, be out of date, or become temporarily unavailable.

To the extent permitted by law, TÙS cannot be held liable for damages arising from use of the site or from a decision taken on the strength of its content alone. This limit does not reduce the rights the law grants you as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable in Québec. Any dispute falls to the courts of the judicial district of Montréal.
