Privacy policy

Last updated: 1 October 2026

TÙS brings together two firms: TÙS Wealth Management and TÙS Accounting Services. This policy covers the personal information this website collects, why, who it is shared with, and what you can require of us. It covers the website only. The professional relationship that follows a first contact is governed by each firm's own confidentiality commitments and those of their professional orders.

Who is responsible

The controller is TÙS, with its principal office at 6455 Jean-Talon East, Suite 804, Saint-Léonard, Québec.

For any question about your personal information, or to exercise any of the rights described below, write to info@tusfinance.ca or call (438) 470-6587.

Personal Information Protection Officer: this is the title required by Québec's Law 25, and the role is held within TÙS. They can be reached by email at info@tusfinance.ca, by phone at (438) 470-6587, or by mail at 6455 Jean-Talon East, Suite 804, Saint-Léonard, Québec.

What we collect

The site asks you for nothing until you fill in a form: there is no account and no cart. The measurement and advertising tools described below only run with your consent.

FormInformationWhy
Call requestFirst name, last name, email, phone, description of your situation, answers to the short questionnaire (profile, annual revenue, business stage, firm of interest)To call you back, prepare the call and route you to the right firm
Job applicationFirst name, last name, email, phone, résumé (file, optional), link to a profile, message, role applied forTo review your application and reply
Questions after bookingEmail (required), at least one answer among: line of business, reason for the call, what made you hesitate, whether you have a business partner; your first name, last name and phone if entered in the questionnaireTo prepare the booked call and link your answers to your request

The forms include a hidden field aimed at bots. If it is filled in, the submission is discarded and nothing is kept. That field collects no information about you.

Like any website, our host keeps technical logs (IP address, page requested, date, browser). They serve security and diagnostics, not profiling.

Cookies and local storage

The site itself sets a single, strictly necessary cookie: “tus-division”, which remembers the firm you visited (Wealth Management or Accounting Services) for the length of your session, so the right thank-you page is shown. It holds no information about you.

The site also keeps your cookie decision in your browser (local storage) and, after the questionnaire, your first name, last name, email and phone (session storage, cleared when the tab is closed), to prefill the booking calendar and link the answers given after booking to your request. To be able to show that consent was obtained, we log cookie decisions on our side with a pseudonymous identifier, the page and the categories chosen: no name, email or IP address. This log is kept as long as needed for that purpose.

Third-party services do set their own cookies. None loads before you agree: until the matching category is accepted, their code is not executed at all, not merely neutralised.

ServiceCategoryWhat it does
VoomlyThird-party contentPlayer for the presentation videos. Playback and video-audience cookies.
GoHighLevelThird-party contentBooking calendar and form processing. Session and attribution cookies.
Google AnalyticsAudience measurementCounts visits, pages viewed and where traffic comes from.
Microsoft ClarityAudience measurementRecords how your visit unfolds (mouse movement, clicks, scrolling) and lets us replay it.
Meta pixelAdvertisingLinks your visit to our Facebook and Instagram campaigns, measures their return and allows our ads to be shown to you elsewhere.

A word on Microsoft Clarity, because it goes further than plain statistics: it replays your visit. We see where the mouse goes, what is clicked and how far you scroll. What you type into a form field is masked by the tool and does not reach us through that channel.

Fonts are served from our own domain. Unlike common practice, no request is sent to Google when a page is displayed.

You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page. Your decision is kept for twelve months, after which you are asked again.

Who it is shared with

We neither sell nor rent your information. It is entrusted only to the providers that let us operate, and only for what they need to do.

As these providers are established outside Québec, your information is processed outside the province and may be subject to different laws there. We selected them because they contractually commit to appropriate safeguards.

How long

A call request is kept for as long as it takes to answer it and then, if a business relationship begins, according to the firms' retention obligations. An unsuccessful application is kept for as long as it takes to review it and consider a similar role, then destroyed. Your cookie decision is kept for twelve months.

Your rights

Under Law 25 and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may ask to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to withdraw your consent, and to receive in a structured format what you provided to us.

Write to info@tusfinance.ca. We answer within thirty days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

Changes

This policy may change. The update date at the top of the page governs. A change affecting the cookie categories brings the consent request back, so that your choice stays informed.
